I'M NOT SEEING THE PANEL ?
This happen when you are using a new M1 Chip computer from Apple. To fix this, find the Photoshop App icon, right click on it and check the box that says 'open using Rosetta'. Now restart Photoshop, you will now see the panel under 'Extensions'.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?
Yes, click on the "Subscription" tab, then click on "Cancel my plan".
WHAT IS THE RESOLUTION OF THE IMAGES?
All our images are shots with a 45 megapixels camera, which is enough for any print projects, 8k television and all smaller projects such as web or app.
WHAT IS THE COLOUR PROFILE OF THE IMAGES?
We use sRGB.
WHERE ARE THE DOWNLOADED IMAGES?
When you click on the "History" tab, you can use the "See files" button. It will open the folder on your computer that got all the images you have downloaded. Technically all your images are located under 'my documents' on Win or Mac.
